Riddle Me Mail - the September edition
A work in progress. If you look closely, you'll see some real acorns and an oak leaf, and below a chestnut.
Change Isn't Easy
Making the decision to change Riddle Me Mail was not easy. I had months and days of dizzying doubt, and sleepless nights.
But I know it's the right decision. I already had a few ideas to re-imagine Riddle Me Mail, and now, having made the decision, more possibilities are flooding in. When I started I knew little of building a subscriber-based business. I did my research, but of course, that's only half of the game. In the past three years, I've learned a lot: how important (and difficult) it is to build a subscriber base in order to succeed, the ins and outs of social medial (still learning), and managing a month-to-month list with new customers and renewals (it can be hard to ask and remind people to renew even if they want what you have to offer!). Riddle Me Mail is also proof that getting started makes all the difference. Before Riddle Me Mail I didn't do much collage or writing, and now I do a lot, and I want to do more. |
Thank you!
I've been so pleased at the connections, letters, and comments I've received. It helps me realize that this crazy idea might just be a good one! Thank you for coming along. |
Riddle Me Mail - What's Next?
I really want Riddle Me Mail to continue and I've got the next four months to figure it out.
And I want your help. Really. I need your help. What do you like about Riddle Me Mail? What don't you like? How about the cost? Do you use the stationery? Do you like getting the postcard first? My plan is to send a survey, ask some questions, and come up with a plan to start fresh in 2020. But, in the meantime, if you have ideas and want to send an email, or write to me, please do. I'd love to hear from you. And I promise to write back: Chrissy Richards Riddle Me Mail PO Box 5290 Portland, ME 04101 Please be honest. Positive feedback is always welcome, but if something is not working, I need to know that, too. |
